General points for all bookings Options 1, 2 and 3.
- Method of payment is CASH, DEBIT, VISA, and/or MASTER CARD. Or management authorized team, company, school &
organization cheques. ( We do not accept $50 and $100 bills.)The Group Guest List Form is MANDATORY.

- We ask you review this form and list the first and last names of ALL your guests, including spectators.
- Option 1 package, mark all your concession choices PRIOR to checking in. We have the following beverages to choose
from. Coke, Sprite, Nestea, Fruitopia, Barq’s Root Beer, Minute Maid Orange, Diet Coke, Water, Apple Juice and Orange Juice. - Also, please check off if you want your complimentary bag of Chips and Hot Dog.
- Once again, the concession checklist form MUST be completed BEFORE CHECKING IN. DO NOT fax back or mail this form.
Bring this mandatory form completed the day of the booking. - If it is incomplete you will be delayed in checking in your party and your food order will also be delayed.
- This completed Guest List is also for security purposes so we know who is in our building and also for your Concession
Order. - Helmets are NOT MANDATORY. We have some helmets available for use at a rental charge of $3 + a $2 deposit= $5 You
receive your $2 deposit when you return the helmet. They are on a first come first serve basis. If you prefer wearing a helmet we strongly encourage you and your guests to bring their own, you can use any type including bike helmets. Guests can bring in their own inlines, roller skates and or safety gear if they feel they require it. - Cancellation Policy: Must provide Sportsworld with a minimum 7 day prior to your booking date to receive your full deposit amount. If a cancellation resides within 7 days prior to your book, a Sportsworld credit will apply for the amount of your deposit.A deposit for an Option 3 booking will be charged to School/Private groups that cancelle or no show day of booking.

- FOR OPTION 1 & OPTION 2:
• Have your party check-in as early as 12:00pm for Saturday afternoon sessions and 12:30pm for Sunday
afternoon sessions or 6:30pm for every evening sessions. However the facility will not fully be open until the stated session start time. You are more than welcome to stay and skate till the end of the session when your party is booked in and still receive complimentary coat, shoe and gift check. - FOR OPTION 3
You may check in as early as 1/2 an hour prior to your booking FREE OF CHARGE!Option 1 & 3 Booking specifics:
- We do have a fridge and freezer for cakes and food trays. *NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
- We also do sell paper plates in the concession for your outside food that you can bring in. However if you have any
paper products, balloons, or other additional decorations you would like to bring in you are more than welcome. NO FEATHER BOES, NO CONFETTI, NO SILLY STRING, and NO LASERS!!!!!
- Tables Reservations: Your table reservation is based on the number of paying guests. NOT SPECTATORS! Before the end
of your table reservation please remove all personal belongings and food items. Otherwise they will be removed and may be discarded by the staff. Keep in mind our concession closes the last 15 min of the session, afternoon 4:15 pm, evening 10:15pm. Refer above to your food service time in the Option 1 information slot. For Option 3 bookings refer to your confirmation notice for your table reservations. We ask our guests to please respect the table reservation times as for our other guests do require their time as well. We thank you in advance for your consideration. We will confirm via email & by phone. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, please phone (780) 424-6336. Deposit for bookings are as follows:
We DO NOT take credit cards over the Internet. The Administration Department will contact you to arrange for your deposit. You will be able to make a deposit over the phone using Visa or Master Card. Or if you choose you can come to any of our public sessions and pay your deposit either by using Cash, Debit, Visa or Master Card. (We do not accept $50 or $100 bills.) With your deposit for any Option 1 and 3 bookings it will include your complimentary locker key. When you return your key you will receive your $5 cash deposit back. Deposit rates are as follows: Option 1 and Option 2 is $100 and and for Option 3 it is $200.
If you do not make arrangements to make a deposit. Your booking may be dropped. All prices & offers subject to change without notice.
